Closed at track location
PIKEVILLE, Ky. (Aug. 08, 2025) –The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists that KY 2566 at milepoint 0.6 will be closed Tuesday, August 12, for railroad track repairs.
The closure will be at the track location and is necessary to allow CSX Transportation to perform maintenance work. The road is expected to reopen Wednesday, August 13, or Thursday, August 14, depending on weather and work progress.

• Location: KY 2566, MP 0.6 (track crossing)
