Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a drug suspect with Felony warrants was arrested in the Prichard area.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit and the WV State Police arrested Justice Staley, of Prichard, on US RT 52 on the Prichard 4 lane.
The warrants stemmed from a joint operation between the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit and Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West. Justice is charged with (5) Counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine, Fleeing – Vehicle, and Obstructing.
