Otis L. Ferrell, 75, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

He was born May 19, 1949  in Dingess, WV to the late James and Lula (Dempsey) Ferrell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Shirley Elizabeth Ferrell, Blance Louise (Earl) Pence, George (Debbie) Ferrell, William Ferrell, Chris Ferrell, and Daniel Perry.

Survivors include his siblings Lucy Ferrell, Grace (Rodney) Jordan, and James (JoAnn) Ferrell; a host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend he loved like a son William “Billy” Whitt.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Ferrell and his family
