At approximately 0210 hours, E41, E44 and T45 responded to a report of a structure fire on Blaine Creek Road. When units arrived on scene, they found the structure fully engulfed with all occupants out of the residence. Thanks to Louisa Fire Dept. station 1&2, Big Sandy Fire Dept., East Fork Fire Dept. And Patriot Ambulance for there assistants. Smoke may still be visible in the area and we are aware of the situation.
