Louisa Police Department would like to recognize Teddy Newsome on his recent promotion to Sergeant.
Leadership doesn’t have to come from a title or position. It is a behavior that is shown through daily actions. Newsome has been serving as the city code enforcement officer, alcohol beverage control administrator, evidence officer, as well as head our youth explorer program for several years building on that behavior.
Today he was asked to speak to the Louisa Rotary and gave a presentation on his duties as code enforcement officer.
