“The role of Deputy Judge/Executive is statutory in Kentucky, and it is an important job that benefits the County. Vince has agreed to wear multiple hats and take on several duties for a very reasonable salary,” Judge/Executive Phillip Carter said. “We can’t move Lawrence County forward without help, and I am glad to have Vince as part of a team that is dedicated to working for the taxpayers and accomplishing our goals. It is a new day for our great county.”
Phil, i am surprised. Doty didn’t do any good at all in the primary. What this means is the voters didn’t want him. Now you hire him as deputy judge. Poor judgement on your part.
Vince is a good guy..Has good i deas and i think he is a great pick
Clearly Vince was chosen because of his strong ties to the community and his business acumen. He will do a great job for the people of Lawrence County. People should be wishing him great success in his new job instead of thinking he’ll do poorly because his success means a great deal to the people of this county.
