CHILD PORN CREEP GETS THE FEDERAL TREATMENT: TYLER R. CASTOR, 22, OF WILLIAMSON, WEST VIRGINIA; WAS ARRESTED ON A FEDERAL CHARGE AFTER BEING DISCOVERED TO HAVE SENT SEXUAL MESSAGES & PICTURES TO A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL IN PIKE COUNTY, KENTUCKY.
A Mingo County, West Virginia man has been arrested on a federal charge of attempting to produce child porn, involving him asking a Pike County, Kentucky teenager on social media to send lewd material of the girl, who was among several the suspect had been in contact with.
Kentucky State Police received a report from a Pike County woman, who said her 13-year-old granddaughter had been receiving sexual messages from a man over Facebook Messenger.
The girl had screenshots of the conversation, during which the man, later identified as 22-year-old Tyler R. Castor, 22, of Williamson, West Virginia; allegedly sent pictures of his genitals and requested pictures from the girl.
Kentucky State Police troopers were also able to find similar messages to other girls over Discord.
Tyler Castor was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Friday, February 20, and he was brought to being booked in the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville. No hearings have yet been set in his case.
