LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST MAY 16 – 22, 2016

From 12:01 A.M. May 16, 2014 to 11:59 P.M. May 22, 2016; 89 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Out of the 89 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in that 7 day period, 14 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 14 individuals arrested are the following:

Alyssa L. Roberts, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on May 16, 2016 at 10:38 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.

Christina D. Bush-Lowe, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on May 16, 2016 at 10:46 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.

Matthew R. Caudill, 33, of Louisa, was arrested May 16, 2016 at 12:29 P.M., by chief Greg Fugitt of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION.

Christoper Barkwell, 26, of Independence, Missouri; was arrested on May 16, 2016 at 8:46 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

Alexis Carter, 26, of Prichard, West Virginia; was arrested on May 18, 2016 at 1:02 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION.

Jasmine Mullins, 19, of Louisa, was arrested on May 18, 2016 at 10:45 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • DISREGARDING STOP SIGN, • INSTRUCTIONAL PERMIT VIOLATIONS, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE).

Dianie Marie Lemasters, 51, of Louisa, was arrested May 18, 2016 at 10:50 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Adam Creech, 35, of Louisa, was arrested on May 19, 2016 at 4:18 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT OF PROPERTY MISLAID OR DELIVER BY MISTAKE.

Robert D. Powers, 23, of Louisa, was arrested on May 20, 2016 at 2:40 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCE) 1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE, • NO REGISTRATION PLATES.

Billi J. Webb, 29, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; was arrested on May 20, 2016 at 6:26 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.

James K. Jobe, 31, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested May 21, 2016 at 7:49 P.M., by trooper Daniel G. Vossmer of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • MENACING.

Tony L. Hartshorn, 41, of Louisa, was arrested May 22, 2016 at 2:52 A.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE. • MENACING, • NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE, • RESISTING ARREST.

Jeremy Fleshman, 36, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on May 22, 2016 at 1:09 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER/$10,000.

Reuben Ison III, 31, of Louisa, was arrested May 22, 2016 at 5:32 P.M., by trooper Daniel G. Vossmer of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.
