The circus is still in town
Presidents lie. Bill Clinton, Richard Nixon, Lyndon B. Johnson, and the list goes on. While some know they are telling lies, others believe their own lies. They rationalize their reasons. And some are better than others at hiding lies and deceitfulness. And some have narcissism—it’s just to what degree.
“When the President does it, that means that it is not illegal.” ―Richard M. Nixon
But an individual with Narcistic Personality Disorder takes his misuse of power to a higher level. Why? Because his character defects are ingrained. This individual feels entitled to do whatever it takes to get what he wants and actually believes he is above the law. He believes his followers should follow without question. And when you question his decisions, you are judged as disloyal. He reacts with indignation when questioned about his unruly behaviors. “How dare anyone on this planet question me!” He also craves and demands admiration. His brain is stuck on me, myself, and I. He will never admit when he is wrong—because he believes he is never wrong.
How does the public expect a President to react when his deceitful deeds are exposed? When impeachment fails, will he decide to play by the rules and adopt ethical principles or will he tryer harder to hide indiscretions and self-serving acts? A genuine narcissist rarely changes. He will debate, argue, and fight until he gets his own way. He surrounds himself with apple polishers. Scams and scandals R US.
“A narcissistic personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial affairs. People with narcissistic personality disorder may be generally unhappy and disappointed when they’re not given the special favors or admiration they believe they deserve. They may find their relationships unfulfilling, and others may not enjoy being around them.” Read more at www.mayoclinic.org.
“Narcissistic personality disorder is characterized by a long-standing pattern of grandiosity (either in fantasy or actual behavior), an overwhelming need for admiration, and usually a complete lack of empathy toward others. People with this disorder often believe they are of primary importance in everybody’s life — and to anyone they meet. While this pattern of behavior may be appropriate for a king in 16th century England, it is generally considered inappropriate for most ordinary people today.” Read more at www.psychcentral.com.
“The essence of Government is power; and power, lodged as it must be in human hands, will ever be liable to abuse. —James Madison
President Trump will want and demand more than acquittal. He will want and demand vindication. Why? Because he actually believes he had the right to bully another country’s leader into doing his dirty work. Trump is portraying himself as the victim of a partisan crusade. It’s not for show—he really believes he is the victim. Really? Yes, really. He will demand an apology from the Democrats.
If Donald Trump is impeached by the Senate, will he pack his bags and leave the Oval Office without a fight? I doubt it.
I Just Don’t Like the Sound of “No!”is a children’s book. I suggest the Republican party read this paperback to President Trump every morning and every night.

Demacrat. Maybe you should give some of your addivise to your demy friends in the house. All they have been worried about is trying to find something to hang our President on since he was voted in office.
As I have said many times on here, I don’t agree or disagree with the columnists and officials but both sides should be heard. If you can’t understand that, I’m sorry. I do not expect all our readers to agree with everything we post.
more than likely you couldn’t read anyway
somebody read it to you or maybe drew cartoons to dumb it down for you
In the heart of Trump country maybe you should let her keep her opinion to herself. FYI your about to lose a lot of readers.

It’s sad that a person can’t listen to an opposing. opinion without getting angry. I doubt that you’re going to find anyone else who agrees 100% with you on everything, and would you really want them to? We’re not robots, but it seems that some want us to be. Read Animal Farm. by Huxley. Is that the society you want?
heart of welfare country
No welfare country would be full of Demacrats.
you better look around you
when a state gives $1.00 to the federal gov. and get’s back $2.35 that’s what I would call a welfare state right in the middle of Trump country
Folks: Freedom of Speech means that Americans can discuss their own opinions without anger and insults. Being passionate about politics is admirable, but throwing a tantrum and taking your basketball and going home is immature. Calm down and express your opinions. I like to read what you have to say. But please be respectful.

listen Charley now this is my kind of women educated and I bet she still has all her teeth
i meant to say apparently uneducated and that she still has all of her tooth
Melissa,
I am a staunch conservative who often comments on stories here. I do not intend to throw a fit nor should anyone over an opinion of another. However, I do believe that your opinion would come off better to others if you didn’t just try to school them on what a narcissist is, and also if you understood better how impeachment works.
First, your trying to diagnose the president, a man you’ve probably never met, solely by actions taken in the public sphere which I’m sure both of our educated minds can agree is futile. Second, in your article you were advising on if the “senate impeached him” when in fact he has already been impeached by the house. The senate alone has the sole power to try impeachment in which he can be convicted or acquitted. The senate cannot impeach.
You are assuming everything the president does is self serving in some way. His followers, of which I would be characterized as one, care little for his methods due to his successes. Examples being multiple trade agreements, highest economy, lowest unemployment across almost every stat, border wall being built, illegal immigration down, tax cuts, Israel policy, and more.
Perhaps the president would act more “appropriate” if he wasn’t unfairly targeted for 3 years?
Thank you, sir, for your knowledgeable and fair comments. I always look forward to what you have to say.
Trump will be rightfully acquitted. I’ve never seen such a mess in Washington. The Republicans can hardly get anything done due to the idiotic democratic hatred toward Trump. The democrats have wasted an incredible amount of taxpayer money and will pay for it in the next election. Trump may not be much morally, but that is common among politicians and the rich. He is however, attempting to lead this country in the right direction and has the knowledge and will to do so. Everything he tries to do is an enormous challenge. Ignorant democrats. You can’t blame him for acting the way he does towards them.
America knew that Clinton would be the next president. It was nearly certain. When Trump won in a shocking victory, it devastated and angered the democrats to the point that they declared war on the man that America elected. Democrats disgust me.
reminds me of a time when that man lied about having an affair or them dam emails or what about Benghazi
I do agree that the circus is still in town. Nancy and her fellow democratic clowns.
don’t worry republicans if trump is acquitted nancy pelosi and the other democrats who are involved have agreed to apologize to trump and us tax payers and to personally pay all that wasted money back to the tax payers
just as soon as that get all that money from that blue dress or them dam emails and don’t forget Benghazi
I understand that everyone has an opinion. The writer has a somewhat naive point of view. The article does not take a stand on the justification of how a vice president appointed over corruption in the field of gas and oil in Ukraine allowed and knew of a kickback for tax dollar grants to money launder money to his son and family. No entitlement there, no narcissistic personality there, no abusive power there. I am sure that president Obama was totally ignorant of the fact. When working people are hired, their employers expect results. There is no discussion of their opinions. Can you get the job done? President Trump is getting the job done. People can vote for all the sweet talking, fantasy world, free ride promises, if they want. I can respect your right to do so. When those power hungry, controlling people who want to take away the people’s right ever get back in power Lord help us all!
I believe the facts was that Biden got the prosecutor fired because he would not investigate corruption and the rest of our allies was in agreement with us
did it look bad that Biden’s son was on the board yes was it illegal no
but if Trump was so worried about corruption why didn’t he start back in 2017 or 2018 ?
why didn’t the republicans in congress do anything about it in 2014,2015 or 2016 ?
the republicans controlled both the senate and the house back then but every body knows it was all about the 2020 election is Trump guilty yes
we have now made it normal for a president to do just about anything he wants just remember there will be another democrat president
Did you go to skool JF/KAG?
what you don’t like FACTS
you hit the nail on the head timmy good job
I have a feeling that this article was written out of frustration that Trump is about to be acquitted. Sorry dems, but Trump will be acquitted and reelected. Trump 2020!
and he might lose the popular vote this time by more than 6 million instead of 3 million
This article is a great example of a kicking, screaming Democrat that just don’t like the sound of “No”! They didn’t get their way, again! I wonder how they are planning to continue to waste the taxpayers money!
like I said reminds me of that blue dress that cost taxpayers $80 million dollars or again them dam emails at a cost of millions of dollars and let’s not forget about Benghazi 8 separate investigations wonder how much that cost Fed up did you complained then?
I mean……I just can’t take this cat seriously. All those mistakes in grammer and punctuation are killing me. Lol. You’re keeping it real right now, KAG!
I remember the days of John F. Kennedy. The media loved him. They fawned over him as though he could do no wrong. If Trump were a Democrat, I would imagine that the media would love him.
While Ms. Martin is allowed her opinion, as we all are (one of the great perks of being an American citizen), I do feel that her articles tend to be one sided when it comes to President Trump. A fairer article would acknowledge President Trump’s many accomplishments. At least he hasn’t threatened to get rid of my right to my faith beliefs. You know, those that start with the Ten Commandments; 1611 King James Holy Bible Exodus 20: 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
I must admit that I enjoy reading the responses to the articles written by various people for the Levisa Lazer. It gives me a view of another side of life that I wouldn’t normally have. Keep writing, y’all.
Trump acquitted. Found not guilty. The democratic circus just got shut down. Everyone, including the democrats, knew it was coming. Why did the democrats waste my tax money? Hey Pelosi and the Clowns – how about paying back what you cost the country?
