Max Raeford Payne, Jr., 79, of Ashland, KY went home to be with the Lord on February 26, 2026.
Max was born January 12, 1947 in Greensboro, NC to the late Max Raeford Payne. Max was a Veteran, having a proudly served his country in the US Army.
Graveside services with full military honors will be conducted Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Payne.
