Max was born January 12, 1947 in Greensboro, NC to the late Max Raeford Payne. Max was a Veteran, having a proudly served his country in the US Army.Graveside services with full military honors will be conducted Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East.
