A Martin County Grand Jury handed down indictments on June 2, 2022. Included in the indictments is Nella Webb Maynard, who is charged with defrauding SNAP benefits in the amount of $15,144.00 and Medicaid Benefits in the amount of $56,632.00.
Commonwealth vs. Dalton Anderson
The Grand Jury charges that on or before August 1, 2014 through April 30, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Dalton Anderson committed the offense of flagrant non support when he failed to pay child support to Bridget Preece as the court ordered with a total amount exceeding $4,568.68.
Commonwealth vs. Brandon Allen
The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 5, 2022 through April 4, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. On March 5, 2022, Brandon Allen committed the offense of theft by deception over $1,000.00 under $10,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully obtained property, namely two generators with a value of $2,688 from T & D Hardware of Warfield, with a credit card/debit card registered to Riverside Apartment Complex (Elizabeth Oney) with the intent to deprive Riverside Apartment Complex (Elizabeth Oney) of the property valued at $2,688.00.

The Grand Jury charges that from a period beginning on January 1, 2016 through an ending period of February 29, 2020 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. From January 1,2016 through January 31, 2020 Nella Webb Maynard committed the offense of intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits over $10,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, made a false statement or misrepresentation or by other means fails to disclose a material fact used in determining the person’s qualification to receive benefits under any assistance program or with intent to defraud, fail to report a change in the factors affecting the person’s eligibility for benefits, resulting in the approximate overpayment of SNAP benefits totaling $15,144.00.
2. From February 1, 2015 through February 29, 2020 Nella Webb Maynard committed the offense of intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits over $10,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, made a false statement or misrepresentation or by other means fails to disclose a material fact used in determining the person’s qualification to receive benefits under any assistance program or with intent to defraud, fail to report a change in factors affecting the person’s eligibility for benefits, resulting in approximate overpayment of Medicaid benefits totaling $56,632.00.
Commonwealth vs. Kristi Fletcher
The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 18, 2022in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Kristi Fletcher committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Fentanyl.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession/drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of third degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Gabapentin.
Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this makes Ms. Fletchers 1000th time being arrested, indicted &/or charged with multiple felony DRUG charges? & yet she is STILL out running around racking up more? Only difference this time is her first FENTANYL charge.. ?? WTH is wrong with this county??

Martin County should be renamed Maynard County. I’ll bet the Maynards have their own phone book there. I don’t know how they can find a mate in the county with no relation……oh wait…..
I the Maynard myself, I do agree that we should rename the county. You are correct, we are related basically to everyone there in Martin County, I found my husband in Lawrence County. I should’ve listened when I was told to watch out for those Louisa boys. 😂😂
