The Grand Jury charges that on or before July 10, 2021 in Martin County, Ky the above named defendant:

Donald York committed the offense of rape in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with another person, a minor, by forcible compulsion.

Donald York committed the offense of unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully inducing, assisting, and/or causing a minor, a minor, to engage in illegal controlled substance activity in the form of ingestion of non-prescribed Gabapentin.
