INEZ, KY. — Martin County Grand Jury met January 6, 2022 for the first time in 2022 and handed down several indictments. Danny Harris is charged with use of a minor in a sexual performance with a minor to engage in sexual performance and assault in the fourth degree of a juvenile.

Commonwealth of Ky vs. Noah Bowen
The Grand Jury charges that on or about November 19, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Noah Bowen committed the offense of assault in the first degree when he intentionally caused serious physical injury to William Johnson, by means of a deadly instrument.
Commonwealth of Brandy Muncy
The Grand Jury charges that on or about May 27, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Brandy N. Muncy committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (1st) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Fentanyl.

Brandy N. Muncy committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (1st) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of altered spoon, rolling papers, a used syringe and set of digital scales.

The above named defendant committed the offense Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Marijuana.

The above named defendant committed the offense of public intoxication by knowingly and unlawfully being manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance to the first degree he may endanger himself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in his vicinity.
Commonwealth of Ky vs. Gary L. Gamble
The Grand Jury charges that on or about July 25th 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Gary L. Gamble, committed the offense or criminal mischief in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property owned by Ivalean Hagar, with the damage to the property estimated to exceed $1000.

Gary L. Gamble committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $500 under 10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a HVAC unit and an electrical breaker box with the value of the item at approximately $8,000.

Commonwealth of Ky vs. Jaime Evans
The Grand Jury charges that on or about September 7th, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:
1. Jaime Evan committed the offense of burglary in the second (2nd)
degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering the dwelling house of Joseph York of
Lovely, KY with the intent therein to commit the crime of theft.
Commonwealth of Ky vs. Cory P. Ferrell
The Grand Jury charges that on or about November 23rd, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Cory P. Ferrell committed the offense of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two counterfeit $100.00 dollar bills with the intent to defraud or deceive another.

Kyle Taylor, committed the offense trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Heroin) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Heroin with the intent of trafficking or distributing Heroin.

Kyle Taylor committed the offense of tampering with physical evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against him in an official proceeding.

The Grand Jury charges that on or about November 3rd, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Commonwealth of Ky vs. Joshua Scott
The Grand Jury charges that on or about December 27, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Joshua Scott, committed the offense of criminal mischief in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property owned by Mr. Dave Hensley, with the damage to the property estimated at approximately $2,000.

Danny Harris committed the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by being in possession of a 7-7mm Ace Arms Brand Bolt Action Rifle after having been previously convicted of a felony.

Danny Harris committed the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by being in possession of a 20 Gauge Ace Arms Brand after having been previously convicted of a felony.

The Grand Jury charges that on or about December 13th, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Jonathan Mollet committed the offense of receiving stolen property under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of power tools and tools stolen from John Stafford of Inez, KY, with an approximate value exceeding 1,000.

Jonathan Mollet committed the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by being in possession of a single shot shotgun and long rifle after having been previously convicted of a felony.
