Commonwealth vs. Jeremy Maynard
The Grand Jury charges that on or before May 5, 2022 through May 8, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Jeremy Maynard committed the offense of burglary in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully by entering the dwelling house of Darlene Robinette of Lovely, Ky with the intent to commit a crime therein, while in the dwelling house or in the immediate flight there from was armed with a deadly weapon.
Commonwealth vs. Jon Thomas Allen
The Grand Jury charges that on or before April 15 and 16, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

Jon Allen committed the offense of receiving stolen property under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a generator and a pressure washer stolen from Brenda Perry of Inez, Ky with an approximate value exceeding $1,000.
Commonwealth vs. Leitha Tackett
The Grand Jury charges that from a period beginning on April 1, 2020 through April 30th 2021 n Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

From April 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020, Leitha Tackett committed the offense of intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits over $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, made a false statement or misrepresentation or by other means fails to disclose a material fact used in determining the perons’ qualification to receive benefits under any assistance program, or with intent to defraud, fail to report a change in the factors affecting the person’s eligibility for benefits, resulting in the approximate overpayment of SNAP benefits totaling $1,572.00.

From December 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021 Leitha Tackett committed the offense of intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits over $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, made a false statement or misrepresentation or by other means fails to disclose a material fact used in determining the person’s qualification to receive benefits under any assistance program or with intent to defraud, fail to report a change in the factors affecting the person’s eligibility for benefits, resulting in the approximate overpayment of Medicaid benefits totaling $5, 152.33.
Commonwealth vs. James Moore
The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 10, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

James Moore committed the offense of fleeing/evading in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by constable Brad Preece, while acting in his official capacity as a Martin County Constable in an attempt to flee.
