Adam Porter, 30, of Debord, Kentucky; was arrested on September 17, 2021, at 5:34 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/ $10,000,

Swanson,45, of Berea, Kentucky; was arrested in Madison County, Ky., on September 8, 2021, at 5:10 A.M., by officer Zachary Bryant, of the Berea Police Department; and was then later transported to and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Ky., in Johnson County, on September 21, 2021, at 6:35 P.M., and was charged with: • FAILURE TOPPEAR. Ms. Swanson, a native of Tomahawk, was wanted  on the Failure To Appear charge out of Johnson County District Court and Magoffin County District Court.

Selena A. Sesco, 46, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on September 23, 2021, at 2:57 P.M., by deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Alice Lucas, 31, of Dunlow, West Virginia; was arrested on September 23, 2021, at 9:55 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
