Verbal Judo is a great way to break up a fight! The main thing to remember is to always have “Empathy” for others. The lesson taught, *Learn what never to say and communicate. * Engage people through Empathy. * To Listen better and always be heard. *Stop verbal attacks in their tracks.*People feel the need to always be respected, so it’s better to ask someone to do something than to be told to do it. This was a very interesting presentation.
