Luther Moore went home to be with our Lord on February 16, 2024 and was born June 1, 1943.

Luther was preceded in death by his parents Ferrell & Virginia Moore; wife Dorothy Moore; sisters Imogene Cantrell and Rebecca Ann Delong; and brother Rush (Veta) Moore.

Surviving are his brother Billy Ray (Sandra) Moore; sons Kevin Moore and Michael Moore; daughters Tracy Robinson and Mary Lou Waller; multiple grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friend Roger Deskins who was like a brother, and many neighbors who loved him dearly.

Luther will be missed by the many family and friends he had in his life.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 19, 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Cox officiating.

Friends may visit the family Monday, February 19, 2024 from 4:00 PM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Moore and his family.
