The Louisa Rotary Club met at Mountain Home Place in Paintsville Ky on June 18th for their annual banquet and installation of officers. New officers for the 2026-2027 year are; President Chuck Price, LEFT, Secretary Ellen Taylor, Treasurer Ginger Copley and Sergeant-at-Arms Susie Chambers. Jimmy Brewer, Manager of the Mountain Home Place, gave an informative talk on eastern Ky heritage and the formation of Paintsville Lake.

The Rotary Club of Louisa recently purchased 20 box fans to help the elderly and vulnerable residents without air conditioning stay cool. This is an essential project we provide each summer to help during extreme heatwaves. We want to help care for our community.
