Pastor Chuck at Rotary

February is Rotary’s month dedicated to Rotary Peace and Conflict Prevention / Resolution, one of Rotary’s seven areas of focus. Rotarians around the world are initiating ways to take action to promote peace.

Fellow Louisa Rotarian Chuck Price spoke at our weekly Rotary meeting on Thursday, Feb. 12th addressing this very issue. He expressed that communication is key in any type of conflict to have peaceful resolutions.

February also commemorates the first Rotary meeting held on February 23, 1905, that is celebrated as ‘World Understanding and Peace Day’.
