Louisa, Ky. — Louisa Middle school Volleyball sweeps Martin Co. and then takes two out of three from Russell earlier this week.

The Louisa Middle School volleyball teams hosted Russell in an exciting home matchup, with strong performances across all levels and plenty of intensity on the court.
The C Team opened the night with a solid showing, earning a two-set victory with scores of 21–14 and 21–18. The girls played with great energy and teamwork to secure the win.
The B Team continued to impress and dominate, putting on a serving clinic. In the first set, McKeeley Patrick caught fire, serving all 21 points with an incredible 19 aces to lead the team to a 21–0 win. The B Team carried that momentum into the second set, finishing strong with a 21–14 victory. McKeeley has been on an impressive run from the service line, continuing to be a major force for the Bulldogs.
The A Team delivered the most intense match of the night, going to a thrilling three sets. Louisa fell just short in a close first set, 22–20, but battled back to take the second set 21–17. In the deciding third set, the Bulldogs jumped out to a strong lead, going up by 10 points before Russell rallied back. Despite a hard fight, Louisa ultimately fell 22–20 in a nail-biting finish.

The Louisa Middle School volleyball program opened its home schedule in impressive fashion against Martin County, delivering a strong all-around performance across all three teams.The C Team battled through a competitive matchup to secure a straight-sets victory, 21–19 and 21–15.
The A Team followed with a commanding performance, maintaining control throughout both sets en route to a 21–15, 21–11 win. Consistent play and effective execution proved to be the difference.
The B Team delivered the most dominant showing of the night. After taking the opening set 21–15, they overwhelmed Martin County in the second set with a decisive 21–1 victory, showcasing relentless energy and precision.

Leading the way was McKeeley Patrick (#11), who turned in a standout performance from the service line.
Patrick recorded 18 consecutive serves, 17 of which were aces—an extraordinary individual effort that shifted the match entirely in Louisa’s favor. Her poise, consistency, and command made her the clear standout of the night.
