LOUISA MIDDLE CAPS OFF PERFECT SEASON WITH OVC SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP

Lloyd, Ky. — Louisa defeated Johnson Central 8-4 to win the OVC Middle school softball tournament on Sunday at Greenup County High School.

In the first game of the tournament on Saturday the #1 seeded Dawgs beat #8 seed Ashland 9-1.  In the first semifinal on Sunday the Bulldogs defeated Greenup County 10-4. 

With the win over the Golden Eagles the Bulldogs completed a perfect season with a 23-0 record. 

This is only the second OVC title in school history.
