Louisa, Ky The city of Louisa celebrated America turning 250 years old with a parade, swimming, foam party and capped it all off with a fireworks works display on July 4th.
Louisa native and former Major League Baseball player Chandler Shepherd was the Grand Marshall of the parade
Uncle Sam made an appearance in the Fourth of July parade.
