Hayride tours will be available for the Journey to Bethlehem being led by Louisa First Baptist and assistance of Louisa Hilltop Methodist and Louisa Community Church and others in a new Christmastime event in Louisa.

Lawrence Co. Tourism Director Wes Kingsmore announced the production at LFB yesterday morning. He said the journey will begin at Louisa First Baptist where there will be registration for the trip just as Joseph and Mary and people of their time were directed to do.

The trip will stop by the Fred M. Vinson House and the Louisa Community Church, across the street to the Garden Theater coming to an end after visiting some shops in Louisa, Kingsmore explained. There will be actors from the community greeting visitors in the clothing of those who were present during the journey way back then.
