CAREER CRIMINAL COCKATOO LOOKING HUMAN: JUSTIN TAYLOR FITZPATRICK, 35, OF LOUISA, KENTUCKY

A well known criminal resident in Lawrence County is behind bars again after his latest troublemaking over this past Valentine’s Day is adding to a long legal offenses rap sheet

Justin Taylor Fitzpatrick, 35, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on Saturday night, February 14 (Valentines Day), by the patrolman officer Chase Kirk of the Louisa Police Department, following a reported disturbance at a residence on East Sycamore Street in Louisa, according to the arrest report.

The LPD arrest citation states they responded to a 911 call regarding an altercation. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the alleged victim, who reported being physically assaulted. Officers documented signs of intoxication and disorderly behavior. The citation further alleges threats were made during the incident.

Justin Fitpatrick was arrested on the charges:

  • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY;
  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE;
  • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.

After Justin Fitzpatrick was taken into custody, he was transported to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County.

This latest criminal act, commiting domestic violence on Valentines Day no less, marks now 32 times Justin Fitzpatrick has been arrested in the last sixteen (16) years since February 2010, (after having turn 18 years old), eighteen (18) of those arrests were in Lawrence County, and fourteen (14) times he was arrested in Pike County, KY., on over 100+ felony and misdemeanor charges, along motor vehicle traffic violation charges and violations.
