LOUISA CITY POOL OPENS TOMORROW AT NOON…

The Louisa City Pool will open Friday June 3, 2022 at 12PM to 6PM according to Mayor Harold Slone.
“The weather delayed the regular opening date of Memorial Day for the pool this year due to construction work,” Mayor Slone said. “Concrete has been taken up and replaced around the pool and new plants have been set and the pool will be ready tomorrow.”
This year’s admission price is $3. Children 2 and under are free.
The Louisa City Pool will also have swimming lessons this year starting June 6, 2022 from 11AM to 11:45AM Monday-Thursday the cost will be $30 the first week and $25 for each following week.
You will not have to pre-register this year and there is no age requirement, but if your child cannot touch at the 3 foot end of the pool a parent or guardian must get in the water with them.
Season passes will be available for purchase one the pool opens Passes start at $50 for the first one and the second family member is $40 the third member is $30 and each additional family member is $20.
Pool parties will be $75 an hour Monday-Thursday and $100 an hour Friday-Sunday. Reservations can be made at Louisa City Hall until the pool opens for the season then you can go to the Louisa Pool. You will be required to sign a contract and pay a deposit in order to reserve your spot.
