Lloyd “Gary Bo” Dishman

1967 – 2016

Lloyd Garrett “Gary Bo” Dishman, 49 of Ashland, Ky. formerly of Prichard, WV passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland.

Gary Bo was born March 7, 1967 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Lloyd Dishman and the late Carolyn Perry-Sammons. Gary was a heavy equipment operator.

Survivors include, his step father, James Sammons of Prichard, WV; six step children Jimmy Smith, Dustin Smith and Veronica Smith all of Cannonsburg and Jessica Hooker of Pedro, Ohio, Tracy Burton of Prichard, WV and Jimmy Burton of Florida; one step brother Chris Dishman of Ironton; three aunts Mary Blankenship who he called Mommy #1 and Gail Blankenship who he called Mommy #2 both of Prichard, WV. and Dorothy Nichols of Huntington; two uncles Joe Perry of Kenova and Roy Perry of South Carolina; 11 grandchildren;  his best friend Rick Kelly of Louisa as well as his companion Jamie Dishman of Ashland and a host of friends and extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at the Young Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm, burial will follow at the Bean Cemetery. 

Visitation for family and friends will be from 12 noon until service time on Wednesday at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
