COACH’S COMMENTS
“…Very proud of the guys and girls this track season. The hard work and dedication paid off for several team members. We were fortunate that we were able to take seven to the state Track Meet in Lexington to run and compete against the state’s best. We had several others that gave great effort at the regional level that fell just short of advancing to the state championships.”
“… Halli Caudill is an extremely talented individual. She is a hard worker but she has been blessed with natural speed and talent. To finish as a State-Runner Up in the girls 100 is a remarkable achievement for her and her family.”
“… At the state championships this past Friday, going into it, some of our guys weren’t sure that they belonged on the track with some of the fastest guys in the state. After running these events they now know that they can compete on a statewide level. Overall, a great experience for these kids and it will be something they remember the rest of their lives.”
