East Ky Revolution Coach Robert Howell
“… Every weekend that we play our defense is always on point even though we move kids around the field. And they never know where you’re playing from week to week. Our bats ain’t always on – but this weekend we came to hit and it was doubles to the gap all weekend. We had 106 hits this weekend total. Our pitching was keeping us in games and allowed us to compete with any team in the tournament. We got everything we asked of the boys this weekend. We pitched 7 players and 2 more who were catchers, plus Logan Slone is just coming back from his knee injury.”
“… To see these boys fight for 10 games was unbelievable. I knew we had some of the best middle school ball players around, but after seeing them fight I can’t wait to see what these boys do in life and glad I got to be a part of it.”
