The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 19, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Alexis Carter acting alone or in complicity with Frank Pospisil committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine in excess of 2 grams, two sets of digital scales, empty baggies, and a measuring spoon, with the intent to traffic in a controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine, while she was in possession of a Ruger SR9C model handgun.
- Alexis Carter acting alone or in complicity with Frank Pospisil committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st).
- That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense.
ALEXIS P. CARTER, 29, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 19, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Alexis P. Carter committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Ruger model SR9C .9mm caliber handgun after having been previously convicted of a felony.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Possession of a Defaced Firearm by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Ruger model SR9C handgun in which the serial number had been defaced.

FRANK POSPISIL, 25, of Palm Bay, FL. The Grand Jury charges: That on before January 19, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Frank Pospisil acting alone or in complicity with Alexis Carter committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine in excess of 2 grams, two (2) sets of digital scales, empty baggies, and a measuring spoon, with intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.
- Frank Pospisil acting alone or in complicity with Alexis Carter committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of seventy eight (78) dosage units of Morphine and empty baggies, with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Morphine.

EDD PACK III, 26, of Inez, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 13, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Edd Pack III acting alone or in complicity with Bobby Farmer committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant committed the violation of Speeding 23mph by traveling 78 mph over the speed limit in a posted 55 mph zone.

JAMES GARTIN, 56, of Ashland KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 13, 2016 through January 13, 2017 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- James Gartin committed the offense of Rape in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully committing the offense of Rape in the First (1st) Grand against a vulnerable victim in a continuing course of conduct by engaging in sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 12 years old, two (2) or more times between January 13, 2016 and January 13, 2017.
- James Gartin committed the offense of Sodomy in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully committing an offense against a vulnerable victim in a continuing course of conduct by engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with a victim less than 12 years of age, two or more times between January 13, 2016 and January 13, 2017.
- That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense.

PAUL WAYNE JENKINS, 39, of Flat Gap, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Paul Jenkins committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a handgun after having been previously convicted of a felony.

ASHLEY DILLON, 38, of Kermit, WV. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 17, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Ashley Dillon committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of methamphetamine.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Theft by Unlawfully Taking Under $500.00 by knowingly and unlawfully taking $193.00 worth of merchandise from Walmart of Louisa, KY.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance in the Third Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Neurontin.

DANNY E. DAMRON, 22, of Crum, WV. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 7, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Danny Damron committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a 2003 Chrysler Sebring automobile reported stolen from Anita Chafin from Williamson, WV, with a value of the vehicle exceeding $1000.00.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument in the Second Degree by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, utters or possesses a fraudulent or forged check drawn on Anita Chafin of Williamson, WV.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe.

STELLA MULLETT, 32, of Auxier, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Stella Mullett acting alone or in complicity with Paul Wayne Jenkins and Eric N. Osborne committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine in excess of 2 grams, digital scales, empty baggies, and $492.00, with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.
- Stella Mullett acting alone or in complicity with Paul Wayne Jenkins and Eric N. Osborne committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe, altered light bulb altered to be used as a pipe.

ERIC N. OSBORNE, 46, of Sitka, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Eric N. Osborne acting alone or in complicity with Paul Wayne Jenkins and Stella Mullett committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of in excess of 2 grams of meth, digital scales, empty baggies, and $492.00 with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.
- Eric N. Osborne acting alone or in complicity with Paul Jenkins and Stella Mullett committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe, altered light bulb altered to be used as a pipe.

- Alisha Whitt committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

SAMANTHA MAYNARD, 26, of Tomahwawk, Kentucky. The Grand Jury charges that on or before October 9, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Samantha Maynard committed the offense of Assault in the Second Degree when she knowingly and unlawfully caused physical injury to Tiffany Muncy of Louisa, Kentucky by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument by stabbing her with a knife.

PAUL WAYNE JENKINS, 39, of Flat Gap, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Paul Jenkins acting alone or in complicity with Eric Osborne and Stella Mullett committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine in excess of 2 grams, digital scales, empty baggies, and $492.00, with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine, while he was in possession of a handgun.
- Paul Jenkins acting alone or in complicity with Eric Osbourne and Stella Mullett committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe, altered light bulb altered to be used as a pipe.

- Jimmy Levering acting alone or in complicity with Elouise Scott and Vickie Vanhorn committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Elouise Scott and Vickie Vanhorn committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw and an altered aluminum pipe.

ELOUISE SCOTT, 36, of Louisa, Ky. The Grand Jury Charges: That on or before January 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Elouise Scott acting alone or in complicity with Jimmy Levering and Vickie Vanhorn committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jimmy Levering and Vickie Vanhorn committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw and an altered aluminum pipe.

TRAVIS FALLS, 40, of Louisa, Ky.The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 2, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Travis Falls acting alone or in complicity with Matthew Russell and Dustin Slone committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Matthew Russell and Dustin Slone committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a ceramic plate used as a cutting surface containing chemical residue.
- The above named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Or Improper Signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle and making a turn on or off a Kentucky roadway without proper signaling as defined in KRS: 189.380

VICKIE VANHORN, 46, of Louisa, Ky. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Vickie Vanhorn acting alone or in complicity with Jimmy Levering and Elouise Scott committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jimmy Levering and Elouise Scott committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw and an altered aluminum pipe.

JOHNNY SKAGGS, 28, of Louisa, Ky. The Grand Jury charges: That on or about December 29, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Johnny Skaggs, acting alone or in complicity with Tyler Branham and/or Stephanie Hill, committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, First Offense, by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of buprenorphine, a schedule III narcotic.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia Use/ Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe with Chemical residue therein.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense Within Five (5) Years of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle.
- The above-named defendant committed the violation of One Headlight by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle with one functioning headlight.

TYLER BRANHAM, 36, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 29, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Tyler Branham, acting alone or in complicity with Stephanie Hill and/or Johnny Skaggs, committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree, Second (2nd) Offense by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, while having a previous conviction of said crime (See, Commonwealth v. Tyler Branham, Lawrence Circuit Court 10-CR-00011).
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia Use/ Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of four syringes, a set of measuring spoons, and a white stick with blue residue on the same.
- That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from the custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense, COMMONWEALTH vs. TYLER BRANHAM, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 17-CR-00117, 10-CR-00011, BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00264, AND WARREN CIRCUIT COURT, 18-CR-00550-001.

STEPHANIE HILL, 34, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 29, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Stephanie Hill a/k/a Stephanie Bailey, acting alone or in complicity with Tyler Branham and/or Johnny Skaggs, committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, First Offense, by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of buprenorphine, a schedule III narcotic.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia Use/ Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe with chemical residue therein, a butane torch lighter, and a cut plastic straw with chemical residue therein.

- Sherece committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

- Dustin Slone acting alone or in complicity with Travis Falls and Matthew Russell committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Travis Falls and Matthew Russell committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a ceramic plate used as a cutting surface containing chemical residue.

MATTHEW RUSSELL, 29, of Louisa KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 2, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Matthew Russell acting alone or in complicity with Travis Falls and Dustin Slone committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Travis Falls and Dustin Slone committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a ceramic plate used as a cutting surface containing chemical residue.

- Elizabeth Churchwell committed the offense of Fraudulent Use Of ID Card of Electronic Code For Benefits by knowingly and unlawfully, with the intent to transfer, forge, alter, traffic, counterfeit, or possession a food stamp card, food stamp identification card or food stamp or unique identification electronic codes or numbers or electronic personal identification in any manner not authorized by law.

BRITTNEY GARDNER, 30, of Fort Gay, WV. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 5, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Brittney Gardner committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Use/ Possession Drug Paraphernalia First (1st) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered spoon and an altered pin used as a straw.

JAMES G. STEPP, 40, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before March 7, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- James G. Stepp committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
- That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. TRAVIS E. LAY, 23, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or about February 1, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Travis E. Lay committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY, with the intent therein to commit the crime of theft, after previously being banned from the facility.
- That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. - Wallace L. Kazee committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

DUSTIN DALE SLONE, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 20, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Dustin Dale Slone committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine, baggies and a set of digital scales with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that Methamphetamine.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two altered straws.

CHARLES R. CRUM, 37, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or about October 13, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Charles R. Crum committed the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $500.00 But Under $10,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a BB Gun Pistols, a Bluetooth speaker, co2 canisters for said BB guns and other electronic accessories having a combined value of $568.36.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding Officer Steven Wilburn’s commands while preventing the Officer, while working in his official capacity, from placing the defendant under arrest.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property owned by Wal-Mart of Louisa, Kentucky, in an amount in excess of $500.00, namely two spider wrap security devices.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Public Intoxication by knowingly and unlawfully by being in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance, or other intoxicating substance, to the degree that he was a danger to himself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in his vicinity.

DANIEL CHAPMAN, 26, of Louisa, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 13, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Daniel Chapman committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
- Daniel Chapman committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs First (1st) Offense Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of five (5) syringes.
- The above named defendant committed the violation of One Headlight by operating a motor vehicle with one working headlight violating requirements of KRS: 189.040.

JEFFERY A. WEBB, 50, of Louisa, KY. That on or about March 8, 2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Jeffrey A. Webb committed the offense of Burglary in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering a garage attached to the dwelling house of Ms. Lavaca Cantrell of Louisa, KY with the intent therein to commit the crime of theft.
- The above defendant committed the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking From Vehicle under $500.00 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a wallet belonging to Joseph L. Kitts, a wallet belonging to William Vanhatten, two tape measures, a shower speaker, cologne, a drill battery, and drill bits from vehicles parked along Burgess Road in Louisa, Ky., all of which had a collective value of under $500.00.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Public Intoxication by knowingly and unlawfully by being in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance, or other intoxicating substance, to the degree that he was a danger to himself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in his vicinity.

SCOTT B. BOGGS, 31, of Blaine, KY. The Grand Jury charges: That on or about December 3, 2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
- Scott B. Boggs committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
- The above-named defendant committed the offense of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon by knowingly and unlawfully carrying a concealed deadly weapon about his person, namely a set of brass knuckles.
- The above named defendant committed the offense of Drug Paraphernalia Use/Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe and baggies used to store controlled substances.
