The Lawrence County Grand Jury met Friday, October 14th returning with 14 indictments after not meeting for the month of September.
B.J. Daniel, 33 of Blaine Ky. Was indicted on THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, OVER $500 and under $10,000 (COMPLICITY) A class D felony. Penalty: 1 to 5 years. The Grand Jury charges that on July 12th, 2016 in Lawrence County that B.J. Daniel acting alone or in complicity with Carl McKinney committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking by knowingly and unlawfully taking a Honda four wheeler valued at $1,000 from Mr. Eric Gray. Bond set for $5,000.
Willard Richard Mosley III, 37 of Man, WV. Was indicted on the charge of Robbery 1st degree, a class B felony. Penalty: 10 to 20 years.
The Grand Jury charges that on November 8th 2016 in Lawrence County that Willard Mosley III committed the offense of Robbery 1st degree by knowingly and unlawfully, while in the course of committing the theft of prescription medications from Michael and Loria Maynard of Louisa, KY. He used or threatened the immediate use of physical force and caused physical injury to Loria Maynard in an attempt to accomplish Theft. Bond set at 15,000.
Carl McKinney, 30 of Blaine Ky. Was indicted the charge of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $500 and UNDER $10,000. Class D felony Penalty: 1 to 5 years.
The Grand Jury charges that on July 12th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Carl McKinney acting alone or in complicity with B.J. Daniel committed the offense of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING by knowingly and unlawfully taking a Honda four wheeler valued at $1,000 from Mr. Eric Gray. Bond set at $5,000.
David Wilson Yannie, 30 of Address Unknown was Indicted on ROBBERY 2nd DEGREE/COMPLICITY. A class C felony, Penalty: 5 to 10 years.
The Grand Jury charges that on March 12th, 2016 that David Yannie acting alone or in complicity with Michael Allen Cooper and Johnny Darrell Vaughn Jr. committed the offense of Robbery 2nd degree by knowingly and unlawfully, while in the course of committing the theft of a 2010 Honda ATV from Brian Webb of Louisa, Ky. Used or threatened the immediate use of physical force in an attempt to accomplish Theft. Bond set at $10,000.
Michael Allen Cooper, 31 of Nicholasville, Ky. Was indicted on the charge of ROBBERY 2nd DEGREE/COMPLICITY. A class C felony, Penalty: 5 to 10 years.

Johnny Darrell Vaughn Jr., 41 of Louisa, Ky. Was indicted on the charge of ROBBERY 2nd DEGREE/COMPLICITY. A class C felony, Penalty: 5 to 10 years.

Joe M. Roberts, 34 of Ashland, Ky. Was indicted on the charges of FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT (A Class D felony Penalty: 1 to 5 years) AND PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER ( Enhancement).
The Grand Jury charges that on or before June 23rd, 2010 to August 31st, 2016 in Lawrence County, Joe Roberts committed the offense of Flagrant NON Support when he failed to pay child support to Erica Roberts as court ordered with a total amount exceeding $11,722.07. The defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with above stated felony is now being charged with Persistent Felony Offender because he was previously convicted of a felony or felonies. Bond set at $15,000.
Amanda S. Grim, 34, of Louisa, Ky. Was indicted on charges of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING UNDER $10,000 (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER. 2nd Degree (enhancement)
The Grand Jury charges that on or about August 5th, 2016 through August 29th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Amanda Grim committed the offense of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING by knowingly and unlawfully taking $1,323.01 from Clark’s Marathon of Louisa, while employed there. Having been charged with the instant indictment with above stated felony count, is now being charged with Persistent Felony Offender having been convicted of previous felony or felonies. Bail set at $10,000.
Amanda S. Grim, 34 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on the charge of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON, ( class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 13th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Ky. That Amanda Grim committed the offense of Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Smith and Wesson Brand Semi Auto .223 caliber rifle after having previously been convicted of a felony. Bail set at $5,000.
Christopher J. Borders, 44 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on the charges of WANTON ENDANGERMENT IN THE 1st degree (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) TERRORISTIC THREATENING IN THE 3rd degree (misdemeanor)
The Grand Jury charges that on or before June 20th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Chris Borders knowingly and unlawfully was driving in a manner which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Mr. Danny Chapman of Louisa, Ky. The defendant also knowingly and unlawfully threaten to commit any crime likely to result in death, serious physical injury or substantial property damage to another. Bail set $5,000.
William Michael Muncy, 42, of Fort Gay, WV. Was indicted on the charges of BURGLARY 3rd degree (3 counts) (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) FRAUDULENT USE OF AN EBT CARD (2counts) (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1st degree (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) OPERATING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE (misdemeanor) PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER (enhancement)
The Grand Jury charges that on or about September 5th, 2016 in Lawrence County, William Muncy knowingly and unlawfully entered Walmart in Louisa with the intent to commit the crime of THEFT therein, while having been previously banned from the property (3 counts). Michael Muncy knowingly and unlawfully misappropriated a food stamp card at Walmart of Louisa without authorization to purchase card, food stamp identification card or misappropriated other benefits from a program with which a person had been assigned responsibility. Defendant did the same at Sav A Lot of Louisa, Ky. On September 5th, 2016, Michael Muncy knowingly and unlawfully was in possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Oxycodone. The defendant knowingly and unlawfully operated a motor vehicle upon a roadway while his operators license was suspended or revoked. Having been convicted of previous felony or felonies, the defendant is indicted on Persistent Felony Offender. Bail was set at 15,000.
Sammie Pack, 52 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on Fraudulent Use of an EBT/Complicity (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) 2 COUNTS.
The Grand Jury charges that on August 19th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Sammie Pack acting alone or in complicity with Kristina Stephens and Tonetta Stepp committed the offense by knowingly and unlawfully misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate a food stamp authorization to purchase card, food stamp identification card or a Medicaid identification card or misappropriate other benefits from any program with which the person has been assigned responsibility, nor shall the person knowingly fail to report any of these activities. Sammie Pack acting alone or in complicity with Douglas Stephens, Kristina Stephens and Tonetta Stepp committed the offense of fraudulent use of an EBT card by knowingly and in lawfully misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate of food-stamp authorization to purchase card, Food-stamp identification card or a medicated identification card or misappropriate other benefits from any program with which the person has been assigned responsibility, nor shall the person knowingly fail to report any of these activities. Bail set at $5000.
Kristina Stephens, 38 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on Fraudulent Use of an EBT/Complicity (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) 2 COUNTS.

Tonetta Stepp, 37 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on Fraudulent Use of an EBT/Complicity (class D felony penalty: 1 to 5 years) 2 COUNTS.
The Grand Jury charges that on August 19th, 2016 in Lawrence County, Tonetta Stepp acting alone or in complicity with Sammie Pack, Kristina Stephens and Douglas Stephens committed the offense by knowingly and unlawfully misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate a food stamp authorization to purchase card, food stamp identification card or a Medicaid identification card or misappropriate other benefits from any program with which the person has been assigned responsibility, nor shall the person knowingly fail to report any of these activities. Tonetta Stepp acting alone or in complicity with Douglas Stephens, Kristina Stephens and Sammie Pack committed the offense of fraudulent use of an EBT card by knowingly and in lawfully misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate of food-stamp authorization to purchase card, Food-stamp identification card or a medicated identification card or misappropriate other benefits from any program with which the person has been assigned responsibility, nor shall the person knowingly fail to report any of these activities. Bail set at $5000.
Douglas Stephens, 36 of Louisa, Ky. Was indicted on the charges of FRAUDULENT USE OF AN EBT CARD/COMPLICITY (2 COUNTS) (class D felony penalty 1 to 5 years)
The Grand Jury charges that on August 19th, 2016 that Douglas Stephens acting alone or in complicity with Tonetta Stepp, Sammie Pack and Kristina Stephens committed the offense by knowingly and unlawfully misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate a food stamp application to purchase card food stamp identification card or a Medicaid identification card or misappropriating other benefits from any program with which the person has been assigned responsibility, nor shall the person knowingly fail to report any of these activities. Defendant knowingly and unlawfully failed to maintain insurance 1st offense. The defendant knowingly and unlawfully failed to notify of address change to Department of Transportation, was driving with no or expired registration plates and did not wear seatbelt required by law.
