LATEST ARREST MARKS FOURTH DRUG BUST ARREST OF LOUISA WOMAN IN LAST SIX MONTHS

JASMINE MARIE BOND, 35, OF LOUISA, KENTUCKY; (MUGSHOT PHOTO TAKEN FROM SEPARATE ARREST ON DECEMBER 17, 2025).

A Lawrence County, Kentucky woman was arrested early Thursday morning by Kentucky State Police, Post 14-Ashland, following a traffic stop in Louisa in Lawrence County.

 

According to the arrest citation, KSP troopers initiated the traffic stop after observing traffic violations by the woman, who was identified in the arrest citation as Jasmine Marie Bond, 35, of Louisa, KY.

During the encounter, officers reported signs of impairment. An investigation allegedly led to the discovery of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

Jasmine Bond was arrested by KSP Post 14 trooper Zachary Wright, and was charged with:
  • FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL;
  • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS;
  • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT;
  • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD;
  • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA;
  • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN);
  • IMPORTING HEROIN;
  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1D) – 1ST OFFENSE; *DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Jasmine Bond was transported to and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County, where she currently remains incarcerated.

This latest incident with Jasmine Bond has her now been arrested in Lawrence County for the fourth time on separate drug charges arrests in the last six months.

 
On July 11, 2025; Jasmine Bond was arrested by deputy Tyler Laney of the Lawrene County Sheriff Office, on the charges of:
  • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (FIREARM);
  • POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE 1ST DEGREE,1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; 
  • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS.
Then on September 25, 2025, Jasmine Bond was arrested by Chief Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, on the charges of:
  • TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE;
  • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN);
  • POSSESSION Of MARIJUANA; 
  • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS;
  • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.
On December 17, 2025, Jasmine Bond was arrested by patrolwoman Shelby Taylor of the Louisa Police Department on the charges of:
  • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING;
  • POSSESSION Of MARIJUANA; 
  • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS.
