COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CHRISTOPHER SONS

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 10th, 2025, through February 9th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Christopher Sons committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree >2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of 21.528 grams of Methamphetamine, two hundred and sixty dollars ($260.00) in cash monies and digital scales, with the intent of trafficking in that Methamphetamine.
2. Christopher Sons committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that she believed would be used against her in official proceedings.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense, of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of three(3) glass pipes.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CALLEE WEST

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 10th, 2025, through February 9th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. 1. Teresa Blunt committed the offense of Possession of aControlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 3rd, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Deborah Widener committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First(1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS RICKI KIMBLER
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 17th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Ricki Kimbler committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Fentanyl, schedule II Controlled Substance.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KRISTI FLETCHER
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 29th, 2025, through October 30th, 2025, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kristi Fletcher committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime (Acquisition of Retail Merchandise for Resale) by knowingly and unlawfully committing or conspiring or attempting to commit or act as an accomplice in the commission of more than one (1), theft of retail merchandise with the intent to resale the stolen merchandise.
2. Kristi Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Fentanyl,schedule II Controlled Substance.
3. Kristi Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Heroin.
4. Kristi Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KENNETH MUDD
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 29th, 2025, through October 30th, 2025, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kenneth Mudd committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime (Acquisition of Retail Merchandise for Resale) by knowingly and unlawfully committing or conspiring or attempting to commit or act as an accomplice in the commission of more than one (1), theft of retail merchandise with the intent to resale the stolen merchandise.
2. Kenneth Mudd committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS SHAWN MEADE
The Grand Jury charges: That on or about December 16th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Shawn Meade committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from Wal Mart properties and premises on November 24th, 2016, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS MICHAEL D. RAMSEY
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 11th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Michael D. Ramsey committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Fentanyl, schedule II Controlled Substance.
2. Michael D. Ramsey committed the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree-Cocaine by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Cocaine.
3. Michael D. Ramsey committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure of Owner To Maintain Req Insurance 1st by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper securities insurance as defined in KRS: 304.39-080.
5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Registration Plates by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration plates as defined in KRS: 186.170.
6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No/Registration Receipt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration receipt as defined in KRS: 186.170.
7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Rear License Not Illuminated by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper rear license not properly illuminated as defined in KRS: 186.170.
8. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Operators License by knowingly and unlawfullyoperating a motor vehicle while not having a valid operator’s license.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS ERIC MARCUM
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 1st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Eric Marcum committed the offense of Strangulation by intentionally, without consent, impeded the normal breathing or circulation of the blood of another, applying pressure to the throat or neck of another, or by blocking the nose or mouth of another person, namely Fay Campbell of Louisa, KY.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense ef Criminal Trespass in the Second (2md) degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining upon Fay Campbell’s property.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully threatening to commit any crime likely to result in death or serious physical injury to another person or likely to result in substantial property damage to another person.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully attempting to prevent police officers from the Louisa Police Department from effecting an arrest by using, or threatening to use, physical force against said police officers.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS DALTON E. BROOKS
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 28th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Dalton E. Brooks committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
2. Dalton E. Brooks committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a scheduled II narcotic, Buprenorphine (Suboxone) .
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a schedule V-controlled substance, Gabapentin.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his/her license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.
5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To or Improper Signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without using the proper and/or required signals as defined in KRS: 189.380.
6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Stop Sign by knowingly and unlawfully failing to stop/yield at a posted stop sign.
7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Improper Display of Registration Plate by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway with an improperly displayed registration plate, in violation of KRS: 186.170.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS STEVEN R. SMITH
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 15th, 2023, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Steven Smith committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass smoking pipe.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure of Owner To Maintain Req Insurance 1st by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper securities insurance as defined in KRS: 304.39-080.
5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Reckless Driving by knowingly, unlawfully and recklessly operating a motor vehicle upon the roadways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without due regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians and other vehicles upon said roadways.
6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his/her license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.
7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Tail Lamps by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while the motor vehicle had non-functioning tail lamps.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KEVIN L. MOORE
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 13th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kevin Moore committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First(1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of à glass smoking pipe.
3. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Traffic Control Device by knowingly and unlawfully failing to stop/yield at traffic control device, namely a traffic light.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 15th, 2023, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Michael Campbell committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass smoking pipe.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 21st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. James Kise committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First(1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass smoking pipes.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS THOMAS MCCOY
The Grand Jury charges: That on, about, before or between January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Thomas Lee McCoy committed the offense of Incest in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with his stepchild, namely J.H., a minor less than the age of eighteen (18) .
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree by subjecting a minor under the age of twelve (12), namely T.M., to sexual contact.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree by, being twenty-one years of age or older, subjecting a minor under the age of sixteen, namely J.H., to sexual contact.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CHRISTOPHER SHANNON
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 12th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Christopher Shannon committed the offense of Burglary in the Second (2d) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in a dwelling house of Lisa Naynard, located on Main Street in the Louisa community of Lawrence County, KY, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.
2. Christopher Shannon committed the offense of Assault in the Third (3rd) Degree by assaulting or attempting to assault Chief Steve Wilburn with the Louisa Police Department while acting in his official capacity.
3. Christopher Shannon committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property, owned by Lisa Maynard, located on Main Street of Louisa, with a total of damages/ loss at $3,250.00.
4. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Travis M. Howard committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Under $1,000 (Parts from Vehicle) by knowingly and unlawfully taking a battery owned by City of Louisa Fire Department.
5. The above-named defendant Resisting Arrest by knowingly, unlawfully attempting to prevent police officers from the Louisa Police Department from effecting an arrest by using, or threatening to use, physical force against said police officers.
6. The above-named defendant Menacing by knowingly and unlawfully placing another person, in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS TINA DUNFEE
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 17th, 2026, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Tina Dunfee committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime by knowingly and unlawfully committing or conspiring or attempting to commit, or acting as an accomplice in the commission of, the offense of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree on a continuing basis with two (2) or more of the following individuals: Kasaun Madden and Cory Vasquez (AKA Cody Hughes) .
2. Tina Dunfee committed the offense of Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument in the First (1st) Degree byknowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, utters or possesses a fraudulent or Tax Return Check and passed the fraudulent or forged check at Citizens Bank of Kentucky, Louisa, KY Branch.
3. Tina Dunfee committed the offense of Theft of Identity by knowingly and unlawfully using former or current identifying information of another, namely Mary Lu Fisher (Maryland), Jeanette Eve-Barros-Perez (Georgia), Gail Brown (New York), Rosa Julia Torres (Delaware), Vivian Peyton Powell (Texas), Kathrine Williams (Virginia), with the intent to represent herself as these individuals for the purpose of deceiving or defrauding.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CORY VASQUEZ
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 17th, 2026, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Cory Vasquez committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime by knowingly and unlawfully committing or conspiring or attempting to commit, or acting as an accomplice in the commission of, the offense of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree on a continuing basis with two (2) or more of the following individuals: Tina Dunfee and Cory Vasquez (AKA Cody Hughes) .
2. Cory Vasquez committed the offense of Theft of Identity by knowingly and unlawfully using former or current identifying information of another, namely Cody Hughes (Tennessee), with the intent to represent himself as these individuals for the purpose of deceiving or defrauding.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KAYSAUN MADDEN
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 17th, 2026, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kaysaun Madden committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime by knowingly and unlawfully committing or conspiring or attempting to commit, or acting as an accomplice in the commission of, the offense of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree on a continuing basis with two (2) or more of the following individuals: Tina Dunfee and Cory Vasquez (AKA Cody Hughes) .
2. Kaysaun Madden committed the offense of Theft of Identity by knowingly and unlawfully using former or current identifying information of another, namely Bruce Campbell (Virginia) and Guban Nube Toalongo (New York), with the intent to represent himself as these individuals for the purpose of deceiving or defrauding.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CRYSTAL WHEELER
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 30th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Crystal Wheeler committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. Crystal Wheeler committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against her/him in official proceedings.
3. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without using the proper and/or required signals as defined in KRS: 189.380.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS MELINDA JOHNSON
The Grand Jury charges: That on or about December 7th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Melinda Johnson committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from Wal Mart properties and premises on October 7th, 2016, with the intent.to commit the crime of theft therein.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS LOURI MCKINNEY
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 27th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Louri McKinney committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
2. Loure McKinney committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Prescription Controlled Substance Not in the Proper Container by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Lorazepam, a schedule IV-controlled substance, not in the proper administered container.
