Commonwealth vs. Clinton D. Whitt
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2019 in Lawrence County, Ky, the above named defendant:
1. Clinton D. Whitt committed the offense of incest by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse and deviate sexual intercourse with a minor, who the defendant know to have the stepparent/stepchild relationship and with said offense occurring against a vulnerable victim in a continuing course of conduct by engaging the above referenced acts two (2) or more times between January 1, 20`4 and December 31, 2019.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense of rape in second degree by, being eighteen (18) of age or older, knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of fourteen (14) and with said offenses occurring against a vulnerable victim in a continoius course of conduct by engaging the above reference acts two (2) or more times between January 1, 2014 and December 1, 2019.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense sodomy in second degree by, being eighteen (18) of age or older, knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of fourteen (14) and with said offenses occurring against a vulnerable victim in a continuous course of conduct by engaging the above reference acts two (2) or more times between January 1, 2014 and December 1, 2019.
4. The above named defendant committed the offense of sexual abuse in first degree by, being eighteen (18) of age or older, knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of twelve (12) and with said offenses occurring against a vulnerable victim in a continuous course of conduct by engaging the above reference acts two (2) or more times between January 1, 2014 and December 1, 2019.
Commonwealth vs. Michael Shawn Cordle
The Grand Jury charges that on or before February 22, 2022 in Lawrence County, Ky, the above named defendant:
1. Michael Cordle committed the offense of assault in the first degree by intentionally causing serious physical injury to another person, namely Jennifer Owens, by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
2. That the defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s) is now being charged as a persistent felony offender.

1. Shelly Collins committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 1,360 grams of Methamphetamine, with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine or by trafficking in that 1,360 grams of Methamphetamine.
2. That the defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s) is now being charged as a persistent felony offender in the first degree.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, namely Fentanyl with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely Fentanyl.

1. Pamela Stiltner committed the offense of fleeing/evading in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Officer Jeffrey Kirk with the Louisa Police Department with the intent to flee, avoid or elude her arrest.
2. Pamela Stiltner committed the offense of wanton endangerment in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in the conduct by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely, a juvenile.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of failure to wear seatbelts by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without having a seatbelt properly adjusted and fastened.

The above named defendant committed the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense within five years by operating a motor vehicle by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle.
3. The above named defendant committed the violation of careless driving by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Ky roadway in a careless manner to other motor vehicles and their operators.
