Approve, as recommended by Superintendent Webb, to set Tax Rates for 26-27 at the Compensating Rate plus exonerations, to include watercraft and aircraft and a 3% Utilities Tax, at 61.9 cents on Real Property and 62.5 cents on Personal Property, and to set a Motor Vehicle Tax Rate of 35.0

3.D. Approve to set the 2026-2027 Sheriff Tax Collection Rate

3.E.1. Districtwide Safety & Security: Approve 2026 bleacher inspections services by Bleachers and Seats with an estimate of $3,960.00

3.E.2. Districtwide Safety & Security: Approve Raptor Technologies subscription services agreements for visitor and emergency management products, effective 9-1-26: $9,682.00

OTHER ACTION

3.F. Approve to elect Finance Officer Brandi Peters as Treasurer to the Board for a two-year term ending June 30, 2028

3.G. Approve to appoint Betty Mullins as Secretary to the Board for a two-year term ending June 30, 2028

3.H. Approve a Shortened School Day Waiver for a special needs student and to continue a Shortened School Day and Week Waiver for an additional special needs student

3.I. Approve to acknowledge receiving KRS 158.183, which details the rights of students, and KRS 158.185, regarding displaying the national motto and various historical documents, pursuant to KRS 158.186

3.J. Approve to advertise for contract services for a teacher of the Visually Impaired

4.A. Approve abolishment, creation, and/or changes regarding positions

4.B. Approve to acknowledge receipt of Superintendent’s Personnel Action/Update
