4.A.1. LC Schools will be offering tuition-free preschool for the upcoming school year.
4.A.2. Our summer school program had good enrollment with 367 students served on our highest attendance day.
4.A.3. Dr. Fletcher served in multiple roles in the KASS Superintendent Summit on Monday, June 12, including two panels and a facilitator.
4.A.4. The Local Superintendent’s Advisory Council has nominated Dr. Fletcher to serve on the statewide accountability review committee that will make recommendations to LSAC as well as to the Kentucky Board of Education.
4.A.5. Sprinturf provided a “rough” timeline of 6 weeks to complete the football turf project.
4.A.6. Dr. Fletcher presented our Portrait of A Graduate work at a recent innovations summit in Bullitt County.
4.A.7. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library representatives have presented a revised agreement with the recommended corrections.

So based on previous articles the budget is expected to be tight next year. No raises for school employees. But there is enough money in the budget for two new board office SUVS and a UTV for athletics. All the while surrounding counties continue to raise pay to retain/attract school employees. Embarrassing.
I agree. Just a shame. I can see why their employees are seeking jobs elsewhere.
