LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – OCTOBER 1-8, 2018

In the first 8 days of the month October, from 12:01 A.M. October 1 thru to 11:59 P.M. October 8, there were at least 96 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 96, 7 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.

That is in comparison to the previous 6+ day period from 4:17 P.M. September 24 to to 11:59 P.M. September 30, there were at least 73 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 73, 8 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.

Also,9 Lawrence County residents were arrested in neighboring border counties (4 in Boyd County, 2 in Johnson County, and 3 in Martin County). That is compared to 4 in the arrest report last week.

Bobby D. Bishop, 48, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2018, at 12:03 P.M., by court security officer Dave Wallen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY FAILING TO MAKE REQUIRED DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY.

Sarah E. Debord, 29, of Louisa, was arrested on October 3, 2018, at 10:34 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.

Gary H. Cochran, 50, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested on October 4, 2018, at 10:55 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Tiffany Fannin–Blackburn, 28, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on October 5, 2018, at 12:27 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

Rebecca Clark, 39, of Louisa, was arrested on October 5, 2018, at 6:54 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING 3 BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Felix Cancel, 21, of Louisa, was arrested on October 6, 2018, at 3:17 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE,

Lois Richardson, 25, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on October 8, 2018, at 9:25 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500,

• FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR (BENCH WARRANT OUT OF BOYD COUNTY ).

Nathaniel Pack, 35, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky on October 3, 2018, at 9:30 P.M., by an officer of the Ashland Police Department, and was charged with:

Ashley Fields, 33, of Louisa, was taken into custody in Johnson County, Ky., and booked on October 4, 2018, at 7:12 P.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

Roger Lee Blackburn, 24, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky on October 5, 2018, at 3:43 A.M., by an officer of the Ashland Police Department, and was charged with:

David A. Harmon, 57, of Louisa, was arrested in Martin County, Kentucky on October 6, 2018, at 11:17 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
