OUT OF THOSE 103 ARRESTS, 14 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
SEPARATELY, (8) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (FOUR (4) IN MARTIN COUNTY;TWO (2) IN BOYD COUNTY, ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN PULASKI COUNTY ).
ALSO A PIKE COUNTY, KY., MAN WAS ARRESTED IN FLEMING COUNTY, KY., WHO WAS WANTED ON TWO COURT BENCH WARRANTS FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., SEPTEMBER 21, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., SEPTEMBER 30, 2022, (10 DAYS); AT LEAST 98 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY.
OUT OF THOSE 98 ARRESTS, 13 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, (5) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY; AND TWO (2) IN BOYD COUNTY, ONE OF WHOM WAS ON A LATER DATE, EVENTUALLY BROUGHT BACK TO THE BSRDC IN PAINTSVILLE; AND ONE (1) IN SCOTT COUNTY).
THE NUMBER OF INMATES THAT WERE BOOKED AND HOUSED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY, IN JOHNSON COUNTY, ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, AT 6:00 A.M., WAS 252. THE MAXIMUM DESIGNATED CAPACITY OF THE BSRDC FACILITY IS 225.

Lindsay Byer, 24, of Huntington, West Virginia; was arrested on October 1, 2022, at 1:20 A.M., by patrolman officer Michael Housinger,of the Louisa Police Department,and was charged with:
• FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.
Lora A Clerihew, 60, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on October 1, 2022, at 2:35 P.M.,by sergeant Steven Wilburn, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).
Roger D. Murphy, 50, of Vanceburg, Kentucky; was arrested on October 2, 2022, at 6:50 P.M.,by trooper William Galloway, of the Kentucky State Police, & was charged with:

Zachary Gibson, 27, of Virgie, Kentucky; was arrested in Fleming County, KY., on October 6, 2022, at 3:43 P.M.,by the Fleming County Sheriff Office,& was charged with:
•SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT. The two court bench warrants that were outstanding for Zachary Gibson were from out of Lawrence County, for which is in connection to two criminal cases relating to the 2018 and 2019 indictments charges of *ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME.
Armes Renee Armes, 24, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Boyd County,KY., on October 12, 2022, at 6:22 P.M.,by an officer of the Ashland Police Department, and was charged with:

kelly collins was not arrested, he turned himself in on a bench warrant that had to do with failure to comply with conditions of a pretrial release, which has been a big miscommunication for all parties involved, not the drug charges as posted
