FROM 12:01 A.M. NOVEMBER 26, THRU TO 11:59 P.M. DECEMBER 13, (18 DAYS) THERE HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 78 PEOPLE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED @THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE.
15 OF THOSE ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
SEPARATELY, SIX LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KY. COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (4 IN CARTER COUNTY, OF WHICH 3 WERE MISSED CASES FROM NOVEMBER; AND 2 IN GREENUP COUNTY).
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:01 A.M. NOVEMBER 12, THRU TO 11:59 P.M. NOVEMBER 25, (14 DAYS) THERE WAS AT LEAST 84 PEOPLE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE. 11 OF THOSE ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, FOUR LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KY. COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (3 IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND 1 IN JOHNSON COUNTY).

Jeffery A. Harper, 49, of Elkview, West Virginia; was arrested on November 26, 2020, at 11:13 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
