LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – MAY 11-20, 2019

In the past over 9 day period of 11:59 P.M. May 11, 2019 thru to 4:15 P.M. May 20, 2019; there were at least 71 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 71, 12 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.
Also, we discovered 2 more Lawrence County arrests who we missed last week for on the last arrest report
That is in comparison to the previous 8 day period of 5:30 P.M. May 3, 2019 thru to 11:59 P.M. May 11, 2019; there were at least 78 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 78, only 6 ( we had originally said 4) of those arrested were from Lawrence County. Another 8 ( we had originally reported 7 ) Lawrence County residents were arrested in neighboring and other Ky. counties ( 3 in Boyd County, 2 in Martin County, and 3 in Johnson County )
Another 3 Lawrence County residents were arrested in neighboring and other Ky. counties (1 in Boyd County,1 in Carter County,1 in Johnson County,and 1 in Boyle County ). Also, we missed a Lawrence County resident who was arrested in Boyd County last week. In addition,a Fort Gay, West Virginia man was arrested in Boyd County on 2 bench warrants in Lawrence County, where he was later on the same day taken to the BSRDC in Paintsville.
There were 225 inmates lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center as of 8:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 21. That is the exact maximum designated number of inmates the BSRDC was built to hold.
The names and criminal charges of the latest 14 Lawrence County arrests, as well as the 4 Lawrence County residents ( and the Fort Gay resident) who were arrested in other Ky. counties jurisdictions, are the following:
Savanna Marie Ferguson-Kitchen, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on May 9, 2019, at 1:30 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.
Ami Nicole Quesenberry, 49, of Louisa, was arrested on May 11, 2019, by deputy Cory Cook, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 3RD DEGREE DRUG UNSPECIFIED,
- • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA,
- • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS. .
Jonathan C. Hall, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on May 12, 2019, at 5:00 P.M., by deputy Cory Cook, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and constable Paul Wells, Lawrence County Constable Office-District 1, -and was charged with:
• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS, • RESISTING ARREST,
• NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE,

Sarah E. Debord, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on May 12,2019, at 5:00 P.M., by deputy Cory Cook,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and constable Paul Wells, Lawrence County Constable Office-District 1, and was charged with:
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),

Bobby J. Triplett, 53, of Louisa, was arrested on May 12,2019, at 5:11 P.M.,by deputy Cory Cook,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and constable Paul Wells, Lawrence County Constable Office-District 1, and was charged with:

Andrea Cantrell, 37, of Ulysses, Kentucky; was arrested on May 13, 2019, at 12:10 P.M., by court security officer Rodney Lycans, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department,and was charged with,via bench warrant:

Melissa Fyffe, 42, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on May 13, 2019, at 1:14 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Corbie A. Fyffe, 56, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on May 14, 2019, at 12:42 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Hansel R. Wiley, 48, of Louisa, was arrested on May 15, 2019, at 12:25 P.M., by court security officer Rodney Lycans, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with, via bench warrants from grand jury indictments:

Eva Pack/Foster, 57, of Dunlow, West Virginia; was arrested on May 17, 2019, at 1:17 P.M., by deputy Chase Kirk, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Joanie R. Adkins, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on May 17, 2019, at 2:50 P.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

Candace P. Duty, 66, of Chesapeake, Ohio; was arrested on May 18, 2019, at 10:24 P.M., by a deputy, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Billy Salyer Jr., 44, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on May 20, 2019, at 10:35 A.M., by court security officer Rodney Lycans, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, was charged with, via bench warrant:
• THEFT BY DECEPTION-INCLUDE COLD CHECKS UNDER/$500.

David A. Vance, 44, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County on May 9, 2019,at 8:45 P.M., by an officer of the Catlettsburg Police Department, and was charged with:
• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS,
• DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE,
• LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION.
David Vance was given a cash bail bond of $1000 on the failure to wear seat belts charge; which was posted shortly by David Vance, after his booking at the Boyd County Detention Center.
Christina J. Spence, 44, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County, on May 16,2019, at 9:57 P.M., by trooper Joseph Weddington of the Kentucky State Police-Post #9, and was charged with:
• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS,
• OBSTRUCTED VISION AND/OR WINDSHIELD, • NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE,
• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

Scott Allen Cyrus, 26, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County on May 17, 2019, at 6:39 A.M., by an officer of the Catlettsburg Police Department, and was charged with
• FAILURE TO APPEAR ( 2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS ).
Both failure to appear charges are bench warrants out of Lawrence County; and Scott Cyrus’ bond was set at $500 full cash only for each of two charges,where upon Scott Cyrus was transferred later the same day, May 17, from the Boyd County Detention Center in Catlettsburg, and was taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, and was lodged at 3:36 P.M., on the the Failure To Appear charges.
Milissa Mcleod, 36, of Louisa, was arrested in Carter County on May 19, 2019,at 12:52 P.M., by officer Cameron Caudill of the Grayson Police Department, and was charged with:

Cassey A. Tidwell, 32, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyle County on May 19,2019, at 8:45 P.M.,by an officer of the Danville Police Department,and was charged with:
• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500,
• PROMOTING CONTRABAND – 2ND DEGREE.
