LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST JUNE 1 – 8, 2016
From 12:01 A.M. June 1, 2016 to 11:59 P.M. June 8, 2016; 119 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 119 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in that eight day period, 13 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 13 individuals arrested are the following:
Alexandra Arnold, 29, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 1, 2016 at 12:39 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SPEEDING 21 MPH OVER LIMIT, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.
Troy E Miller, 32, of Louisa, was arrested June 1, 2016 at 6:47 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY)
Paul D Johnson, 53, of Inez, Kentucky was arrested June 2, 2016 at 8:12 P.M., by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED.
Eric T. Ward, 20, of Louisa, was arrested on June 3, 2016 at 4:54 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.
Edna L. Robison, 37, of Dunlow, West Virginia; was arrested on June 4, 2016 at 6:10 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION
Bobby J. Griffy, 25, of Crum, West Virginia; was arrested on June 4, 2016 at 7:35 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Megan Webb, 53, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky was arrested June 6, 2016 at 11:43 P.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: CHARGES UNKNOWN.
Donna J. Church, 54, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 7, 2016 at 2:17 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ATTEMPT/OBTAIN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE BY FRAUD/FALSE STATEMENT FORGERY.
Shannon W Pennington, 44, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 7, 2016 at 9:09 P.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • INSUFFICIENT HEAD LAMPS, • DRIVING DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE – 2ND OFFENSE.

Alison D. Fitzgerald, 28, of Louisa, turned herself in June 8, 2016 at 1:09 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Brittany H Lowe, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on June 8, 2016 at 7:03 P.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: CHARGES UNKNOWN.
Johnny Maynard, 55, of Louisa, was arrested June 8, 2016 at 7:08 P.M. by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
