LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST: FEBRUARY 8-FEBRUARY 15, 2019

In the past 8 day period of February, from 12:01 A.M. February 8, 2019 thru to 11:59 P.M. February 15, there were at least 100 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 101, 15 of those ( for 14 people ) arrested were from Lawrence County. Another 6 Lawrence County residents were arrested in neighboring counties ( 2 in Johnson County, 3 in Boyd County, and 1 in Martin County ).
That is in comparison to the previous 7 days of February, from 12:01 A.M. February 1,2019 thru to 11:59 P.M. February 8, there were also at least 100 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 100, 28 of those arrested were from Lawrence County. Another 3 Lawrence County residents were arrested in neighboring counties ( 1 in Johnson County and 2 in Boyd County ).
The names and criminal charges of the latest 15 (14 people) Lawrence County arrests, as well as the six Lawrence County folks arrested in neighboring county jurisdictions, are the following:
Danny E. Damron, 21, of Crum, West Virginia; was arrested on February 8, 2019, at 12:15 A.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department,and was charged with:
• RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER/ $10,000,
• CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF FORGED INSTRUMENT 1ST DEGREE (IDENTIFY),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Brett M. Crisswell, 18, of Louisa, was arrested on February 8, 2019, at 5:27 P.M., by constable Daniel Castle & constable of the Lawrence County Constable Offices-District 3 and District 4, and was charged with:
• IMPROPER REGISTRATION PLATE,
• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY 1ST OFFENSE,
• NO OPERATORS/MOPED LICENSE.
Brian E. Wages, 31, of Williamson, West Virginia, was arrested on February 8, 2019, at 7:15 P.M., by deputy Crace of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Mason Masters, 22, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9, 2019, at 2:56 P.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Felix Cancel, 22, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9, 2019, at 8:41 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE).
Jonathan C. Hall, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9, 2019, at 8:49 P.M., by Chief Greg Fugitt of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• CONSPIRACY TO TRAFFICKING IN CONTROL SUBSTANCE 2ND DEGREE,
• MENACING.
Jason A. Hale, 38, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9, 2019, at 8:55 P.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Brandie Mollette, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9, 2019, at 8:56 P.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,
• TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.
Brandy N. Perkins, 34, of Louisa, was arrested on February 9,2019, at 9:04 P.M., by Chief Greg Fugitt of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,
• TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA ( LESS THAN 8 OZ.) 1ST OFFENSE.
Esther Brown, 53, of Louisa, was arrested on February 11, 2019, at 4:10 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• MENACING.
Robert Arlin Jackson, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on February 14, 2019, at 4:28 P.M., by trooper Shane Copley of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with:
• RAPE 2ND DEGREE,
• SODOMY 2ND DEGREE.
Glen D. Gray, 57, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on February 14, 2019, at 7:00 P.M., at the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve jail time on a guilty plea:
• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE,
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE.
Ronnie B, Shannon, 23, of Louisa, was arrested on February 15, 2019, at 2:39 A.M., by deputy Michael Housinger of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,
• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,
• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,
• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE.
Shannon L. Jude, 42, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on February 15, 2019, at 2:54 P.M., at the Lawrence County Court, by Sheriff Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve jail time on a guilty plea:
• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Daniel Chapman, 25, of Louisa, was arrested on February 15, 2019, at 11:51 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• FAILURE TO APPEAR (2 SEPARATE COUNTS CHARGES).

Christopher S. Jones, 34, of Louisa, was arrested in Martin County on February 9, 2019, at 4:58 P.M., by trooper Ryan Hale of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville, Kentucky; and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,

Todd Whitt, 32, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County on February 13, 2019, at 12:47 P.M., by trooper Mike Goble of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville, Kentucky; and was charged with:
• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE,
• RESISTING ARREST.
Thomas J.. Bentley, 34, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky; on February 13, 2019, at 3:52 P.M., by an OTHER UNKNOWN AGENCY, and was charged with:
• FAILURE TO APPEAR ( 2 SEPARATE COUNTS CHARGES ).
Tiffany Marie Blankenship, 23, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky; on February 13, 2019, at 10:06 P.M., by officer Cody Clark, of the Ashland Police Department and was charged with:
• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER ( 2 SEPARATE COUNTS CHARGES ) warrants.
Tiffany Blankenship’s bond on the first CONTEMPT OF COURT charge was set at $500 full cash bond, while the bond for the second CONTEMPT OF COURT charge was set at $393 full cash bond.
Tiffany Marie (Chafin) Blankenship was transferred to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville on February 14, and was booked at 7:57 P.M., on the 2 CONTEMPT OF COURT changes.
Michelle L. Stambaugh, 46, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, Kentucky; on February 14, 2019, at 9:54 P.M., by officer Zach Mitchell, of the Paintsville Police Department and was charged with:
• PUBLIC INTOXICATION -CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),
• RESISTING ARREST,
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE,
• ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG.
Lewis H. Pinder, 35, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky; on February 15, 2019, at 2:44 A.M., by deputy Oran Smith of the Boyd County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
