BUT FROM DECEMBER 27 THRU JANUARY 2. THERE WERE 18 ARRESTS IN THE SEVEN DAY PERIOD, WITH THE MAJORITY OF THEM HAPPENING DURING AND ON THRU THE NEW YEARS WEEKEND.
ANOTHER 3 LAWRENCE RESIDENTS WERE BOOKED IN NEIGHBORING COUNTIES TO SERVE JAIL TIME SENTENCES ON PLEAS, ONE EACH IN JOHNSON, BOYD AND PIKE COUNTIES.
THE NAMES AND CRIMINAL CHARGES OF THOSE 18 INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY (AND THE 3 OUTSIDE THE COUNTY) SINCE DECEMBER 27 ARE THE FOLLOWING:
Shawn A. Fitzpatrick, 22, of Louisa, was arrested on December 27, 2017, at 3:42 P.M., by sergeant deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II.
Jonie M. Collinsworth, 41, of Louisa, was arrested on December 28, 2017, at 7:42 P.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • NO REGISTRATION PLATES, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE [ 2ND SEPARATE CHARGE COUNT ].
