FROM 12:00 A.M., APRIL 21, 2023, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., APRIL 30, 2023, (10 DAYS); AT LEAST 68 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY.
OUT OF THOSE 68 ARRESTS, 11 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
SEPARATELY. THERE WERE TWO (2) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS ARRESTED IN OTHER KY. COUNTIES ( ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN MARTIN COUNTY).

Del Ray Griffith, 49, of Louisa Kentucky; was arrested on April 21, 2023, at 12:23 P.M.,at the Lawrence County Judicial Center,by court security officer Melody Salyers, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with via a bench warrant:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Ashley S. Wright, 32, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on April 21, 2023, at 11:03 P.M.,by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with via a grand jury indictment:

Tracy H. Smith, 58, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on April 22, 2023, at 9:32 P.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B.Newsome,of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA,

Monroe David Bowen, 40, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on April 23, 2023, at 8:45 P.M., by trooper Brett Criswell, of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with:
