Lawrence Co. Head Coach Chandler Thompson

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I thought the bench was huge for us, tough to be thrown in the first half of the first game and boy did they respond. Obviously we got into foul trouble, I think I even had two fouls as well. They played well and really believe that we have a deep team and can go 9-10 deep if we need too. They really handled it well.”

“… We will live on points off turnovers and we always have — that’s no secret. And for us to only have 10 turnovers at the pace we play I’m really proud of that. We also had 14 assists which is nice. Hayden Perry had 7 assists and Gunnar Woods played great and right on down the line. Everyone stayed the course and battled throughout the game.”

“… Kaiden Harris is a really good point guard, he looks to get others involved and I think that’s why he has fit in so well. He is not selfish and is a true point guard. Adapted well to our team and program and I’m thankful he is with us.”
