On the above date and time, I responded to a domestic dispute between a grandmother and her granddaughter. While on scene, I did not notice any evidence of physical abuse but noticed a marijuana pipe in plain view in the above subject’s bedroom. Also, on the dresser to the right of the room I observed a rubber container that had a baggie of marijuana inside of it.
Also laying on the bed was a small rock of suspected methamphetamine. After collecting these items, a further search of the room was conducted, and I located a small blue bag that had a loaded syringe inside of it. I asked the above subject what the substance was, and she stated that it was methamphetamine but that it was her friend’s. I also located multiple containers with marijuana inside of them in various locations around the room. While standing next to me, the above subject placed her phone down on the bed and I noticed a text message that she had sent someone that stated, “They found my pot.” Taylor was charged with

On the above date and time, the above subject called 911 and reported that he was being held hostage in his home. When I arrived, I knocked on the door and heard the above ask “Who is it?” When I told him it was law enforcement, he opened the door and stated “Come on in.” As I entered the home the above subject began to tell me that 6 male subjects and 4 children came into his home and just stared at him.
He stated that they held him hostage in the home since before dark. The above was very hard to understand due to his speech being incredibly slurred. He stated that he had not taken any drugs or alcohol although I saw multiple alcoholic beverage containers laying around the home.
There was no evidence of a break-in or of anyone being in the home other than the above subject. When we walked into the living area, I observed a revolver laying on the bed. The above subject grabbed a jacket and threw it over the gun in an attempt to hide it. I took the gun and secured it. I asked the above subject if he was a convicted felon, and he stated that he was. His wife was next door, and she also stated that he was a convicted felon. I confirmed the above subject was convicted of prior felony charges in Lawrence County.
