Lawrence County Grand Jury met August 11th and issued just three indictments.
Commonwealth vs. William Jason Dillon
The Grand Jury charges that on, about, or from February 14, 2022 in Lawrence County, Ky, the above named defendant:
1. William Jason Dillon committed the offense of criminal abuse in the first degree by knowingly, intentionally and unlawfully abusing a minor under the age of twelve (12) and thereby causing serious physical injury, placed him/her in a situation that may have caused the minor serious physical injury, and/or caused torture, cruel confinement or cruel punishment.
2. That the defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count, is now being charged as a persistent felony offender in the first degree.
Commonwealth vs. Billy Howard
1. Billy Howard committed the offense of receiving stolen property, firearm, by knowingly and unlawfully being in physical possession of a Walther brand .9mm caliber handgun stolen from Timothy Bledsoe.
2. Billy Howard committed the offense of fraudulent use of an EBT card by knowingly and unlawfully with intent to defraud, knowingly, use, attempt to use, acquire, transfer, traffic, counterfeit, or possess a food stamp card or food stamp identification card or unique electronic authorization codes or numbers in any manner not authorized by law.
3. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.
4. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Marijuana.
The Grand Jury charges that on May 13, 2022 in Lawrence County, Ky, the above named defendant:
1. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.
2. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered spoon, two syringes and an altered straw.
3. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of public intoxication by knowingly and unlawfully by being in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance, or other intoxicating substance, to the degree that he was a danger to himself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in his vicinity.
4. The above named defendant committed the offense prescription controlled substance not in proper container by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance that is not in administered container.
An indictment is not proof of guilt or innocence. It is a charge by a panel of fellow citizens to consider whether evidence is present that may lead to guilt.

Who is that in the picture?
The pic you have is not billy howard which I believe is in his 50s. That pic is of William m Howard or as he goes by Matt Howard of inez ky and he is in his 30s. Two totally different ppl. You need to take that pic down
