COACH’S COMMENTS
“… We’re very fortunate to come away with a district win last night against Betsy Layne. We came out with great intensity built a 21 point lead and they started playing physical with us and we didn’t like it. We have to grow up and learn to play through that physicality. We are definitely happy with the win and did some good things we can build on. We’re gonna watch film and learn from our mistakes and build on the positives. We have 5 opportunities left to get better prepared for the district tournament and that’s what we’re going to do. We have 3 of those opportunities this week.”
