Charleston, S.C.. — Lawrence Co. Boys basketball is off to a 2-0 start in the Carolina Invitational with only a Saturday morning game left on the trip.
Blake Marcum led all scorers with 24 points as the Dawgs improved to 10-2 on the season.

The Dawgs improved to 10-2 on the season with their second consecutive win in the Carolina Invitational Friday morning.
Eleven Bulldogs scored led by Blake Marcum with 24 points, Hayden Perry added 11 points, Luke Fetherolf netted 10 points, Kaden Johnson scored 8 points, Andrew Bloomfield and Ford Scaggs had 5 points each, Logan Ratliff 4 points, Braxton Davis, Andrew Ratcliffe and Wyatt Branham had 3 points each and Owen Pack chipped in with 2 points.
The Dawgs hit 7 three pointers and went 3 off 7 from the free throw line.

Twelve Bulldogs dented the scorebook led by Luke Fetherolf and Wyatt Branham with 12 points each, Blake Marcum added 11 points, Hayden Perry netted 7 points, Logan Ratliff and Braxton Davis had 6 points each, Kaden Johnson 5 points, Andrew Ratcliffe 3 points, Andrew Bloomfield, Ford Scaggs, Kasen Staniford and Weston Vanhorn had 2 points each.
The Dawgs hit 3 three pointers and went 9 of 11 from the free throw line.
The Bulldogs will close out the Carolina Invitational with a game at 10:30 Saturday morning versus Riverpointe from North Charleston South Carolina.
