COACH’S COMMENTS
“… We had a great weekend of scrimmages at the Prestonsburg ‘Soccerama’ and went 3-1 before heading into the first season game at Russell. We knew that they would be a tough first outing, but I thought we hung with them pretty well but had some tough breaks that they were able to take advantage of. We learned a lot from that game and level of competition and look forward to playing at home this week and maybe hosting our first match on turf.”
